Have you ever wanted to learn how to make real chocolate? Be involved in a hands-on experience from the roasted bean to a finished bar.

TEN Degrees Chocolate is one of a handful of chocolate makers in Calgary! We control the manufacturing of our chocolate directly from the cacao bean. Our artisan process creates fine chocolate from roasted bean to the finished bar.

This event is a great way to understand the process and to try your hand at being a chocolate maker! See how beans are roasted, try your hand at winnowing, grind your beans into a paste, mold your owns bars and add inflections and flavours of your choosing.

While waiting for your tempered bars to set, enjoy a beverage, and hear the story of how TEN Degrees came to be. Take home your personalized finished bars to enjoy!

This workshop is led by one of our chocolate makers and founders who will answer any questions you may have!

Workshops run 1.5 to 2 hours.
